Our Words Heal began as a traditional public-health campaign centered on trauma recovery. Service Studio reconceived the initiative as a streaming-inspired digital environment, shifting the experience away from static informational pages toward a platform that presents healing as an ongoing library of practices rather than a program to attend.

The platform translates the curriculum into a structured yet fluid digital experience through video sessions, guided practices, and educational content organized within a modular system. The design prioritizes clarity, calm, and continuity, allowing users to move through the material at their own pace.

The result reframes Our Words Heal as a sustained space for reflection, learning, and recovery—positioning the initiative less as a campaign and more as a living platform for healing.
